The restaurant
Immersed among the hills overlooking Lago Trasimeno, the restaurant "Le Torri di Porsenna" is born in the ancient refectory of a 15th-century monastery, transformed into an inn that preserves all the charm of historic architecture.
With spacious rooms, furnishings in harmony with the landscape and welcoming and attentive staff, we offer an authentic, intimate and suggestive environment, perfect for every occasion.
Our cuisine
Our cuisine celebrates the rhythm of the seasons with hand-made pasta every day, meats selected from small local farms, in particular the prized Chianina IGP cooked over coals, and fragrant desserts that recall tradition. From boards with Umbrian-Tuscan cold cuts and cheeses (such as Tuscan pecorino) to iconic dishes such as pici all'aglione, Chianina beef tagliata and fiorentina, here every bite tells a story of territory and passion.

A corner of quiet among the Umbrian hills, where every detail tells of harmony and authenticity. The restaurant "Le Torri di Porsenna" welcomes guests in a bright panoramic veranda immersed in greenery, surrounded by olive trees, fruit trees and country scents.
Large windows let in natural light during the day and offer a suggestive view of the hills at sunset.
Here time slows down, and every meal becomes an experience to remember.

“Qualità e quantità!”
Esperienza fantastica! Noi abbiamo pernottato due notti (e in due periodi diversi). L'esperienza culinaria eccellente; menu assortito. Antipasti primi e secondi abbondantissimi. Il vino della casa AMICIZIA ottimo. Non abbiamo avuto mal di testa dopo. E anche i dolci ottimi. La location poi… una piccola bomboniera, con i suoi legni, lo stile shabby e le pareti a vetri. Con un sottofondo musicale "rock" notevole.

Reservation is required to guarantee your table. We recommend booking at least the day before, especially at weekends and during summer.
What style of cuisine does the restaurant serve?
We serve Umbrian-Tuscan cuisine with zero-kilometre ingredients: hand-made pasta, pici all'aglione, Chianina IGP beef, truffle dishes and estate olive oil from our 450 trees.
Are vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options available?
Yes, vegetarian and gluten-free options are on the menu. Please let us know your dietary requirements when booking so we can prepare accordingly.
What is the price range?
The menu is à la carte with dishes reflecting quality local produce. A 5-course tasting menu with wine pairings is also available on request.
Are children welcome?
Yes, children are very welcome and staff are happy to adapt dishes to suit younger diners.
Is outdoor dining available?
Yes, in summer guests can dine on the panoramic veranda overlooking the Umbrian hills and Lake Trasimeno, with stunning sunset views.
